Patrick, Sarah and the entire Madigan team were extremely helpful as we worked through the process of selling our home after we moved out of state to help care for aging family members. The team arranged for staging, organized open houses, and checked in on the house on a regular basis while we were away. They were instrumental in helping us make a sale that we were happy with, and we highly recommend their services.
They're very knowledgeable, responsive, patient, kind, and were very flexible when our housing plans changed drastically. It was seamless and we never missed a beat. They provided excellent guidance every step of the way and answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Their suggestions for inspectors and people to help us update our new house was top notch as well. I can't recommend Madigan Realty enough.
