While the Doctor was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, to get to your room, you have to deal with the office personnel, which are very unfriendly and treat you as like if they're doing you a favor, I did not feel welcome at all... and, that, makes me want to change Doctor... sorry, it's my opinion and how I felt While been there. ( not all of them, but the majority did )
Dr Yakaanti did a right knee replacement and recovery was much faster than expected given the people that warned me the recovery is slow. He is a true professional in every sense - answers all questions thoroughly and in a simple understandable manner. He is very warm and personable. I have recommended him to others. His staff, Sarah and others are wonderful. I will have a left knee replacement in the future and Dr Yakaanti will definitely be the right physician for me.
Dr Yakkanti is the only Dr I have ever had, who takes notes in front of you, remembers your history, and explains well.
We saw Dr. Yakkanti in the Louisville office. The visit was fast. They are very informative and friendly. Explained how the procedure was going to work and answered all of our questions.

Dr Yakkanti was very thorough in his approach to explaining my knee x-rays and makes something complex easier to understand. He also replaced my wife's knee and both hips. Her pain is gone. We highly recommend Dr Yakkanti.
After an ugly fall which broke my right hip I was very fortunate to have doctor Yakkanti as my surgeon. I am an active 55 year old And back to all but the most strenuous activities just after 3 months.
