Maddux&Co have been managing our property for four years and we have become very good friends with them, which is very rare. They are highly professional, enthusiastic and work hard. They really think from the perspective of the customers, and they manage the tenants perfectly. Not only am I satisfied with their work, but our tenants are also very satisfied. If there is a time limit for them to manage our property, I hope that time limit is forever!!
This company is great. They cover everything for our property -- from raising rents and finding new tenants to handling repairs and overseeing the onerous 40-year inspection process -- and they successfully negotiated a new contract with our waste management/collection company to drastically reduce fees. And they always pick up the phone/respond to emails right away, which is a big plus too :)
