I got a sequencing service for antibody using RCA (Rolling Circle Amplification). I just sent 100 ul of bacterial culture from California with free shipping and get a beautiful data in a few days with less cost. I saved time and cost as well with high quality sequencing data. I appreciate all of your excellent services.
In the past weeks, I have not get any useful sequencing results, either by premix DNA with primer or using the primers from Macrogen. Since this happened to other lab members, I wonder if something wrong with the service. In a recent sequencing, I included one plasmid as a “positive control”, which was successfully sequenced by Macrogen on May 26 2016. To my surprise, it still give a bad result. The service used to be very good, but very disappointed in the past month. I'm in Maryland USA.
