My kids and I were stranded in Crestview when our car broke during a road trip. Gene, Dianne, and everyone at Mack's treated us like family as we occupied their waiting room with two small children for most of the day. I can't thank them enough for not only fixing our car at a reasonable price and with care, but for making us feel welcome and safe when we were on the road. Five stars!
