Headed from Miami to Houston and broke down and luckily ran across this shop. The ladies in the front were so helpful and polite and the Tech Ashton Mack provided honest, fast , grade A service . I definitely recommend this place.
If you need any auto repair work done, call them!! I was traveling home through Crestview and ran into a car issue. I called Mack’s Auto Tech and they sent the owner to meet me where I was (as soon as I called) to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive and then we drove it back to the shop where they looked at it, reviewed my options, and were able to order the replacement part. They are the best :-) I was travelling from out of town to see a friend near by and my car broke down on the side of the road. A few people stopped to try and help me, but they conculded that my transmission was blown. I got my car to Mack's Auto-Tech Inc. at 5:00pm on Thursday just before the long Memorial Day weekend. They typically close at 5:30pm and they were going to be closed until Tuseday for the holiday.
