Though I did not see eye to eye with the services with my vehicle. The manager went out of his way to make things right. I thought that was a very classy thing to do. You do not see this from most places and in fact that is the first time I personally experienced it. They truly care about costumer satisfaction.
I had a beautiful drive to work, from Crestview to BWB, this morning after having Mack's do a CV axle repair. They couldn't have been more fantastic to me. Everyone was very personable, professional and just like it says on their business card... " Honesty & Integrity". The part they were looking at was under warranty with another shop and they gave me the opportunity to pick up my vehicle to take back to where the original repair was done. My bill was very reasonable and they made me feel like they cared about my safety.
Very happy with the service they have done on all of my vehicles. Great friendly service at an honest price.
Our family has been customers of Macks Auto Tech for several years. They are always friendly, fast, and they work hard to fix your car without charging a lot and not fixing what does not need to be repaired!! Love this business and their people!!
