Alan, Ashton, and their family at Mack's took incredibly good care of me during my unplanned stop here in Crestview for a blown ac compressor. While they were packed with pre-arranged appointments, they squeezed me in so that I could get back on the road and head home. My husband was having car trouble and happened to pull into the parking lot of Mack's with a radiator hose that kept disconnecting. They helped him out, replaced the hose clamp and got him back on the road. We are so grateful for their kind and generous assistance!
