Mankind was great to deal with from beginning to end. Everyone was very accommodating. Unfortunately my truck ended up totaled so no experience in the quality of their work.

CD’s and a case were missing when I went to get my things out of my totaled car. Not too happy about that, but it’s my own fault for leaving anything valuable. Lesson learned.
Very professional kept us up to date with what was going on through our whole accident process, had some concerns at first because usaa chose them but they definitely exceeded expectations
