This is the third time I've used Machin for my car repair, and wouldn't use anyone else. They kept me informed of any delays and always returned my car's in perfect condition.
My experience with Mackin was wonderful. Ethan kept me informed along the way, including when delays happened. He did a great job of educating me about the process and never making me feel like my questions were too small. It took longer to get my car back than originally estimated and Ethan contacted the rental company, as well as the insurance company, and made sure my rental was taken care of. Highly recommend!
