Got my ignition key back. Taped over. Took tape off and key is wrecked. Fell apart. It was fine when I turned the car in. Now I’ll be out some money (if I can replace it).
Everything, that happens from the time you enter Mackin's is professional and designed to assist you with your problem. The employees are polite and efficient. The quality of the work is excellent. And fast. They do not cut corners and look for practical ways to save you money. These folks provide the type of service I thought had gone by the wayside. I used them first a couple of years ago, and again last week. As long as I reside in Vancouver, I would never go anywhere else.
MY mother-in-law, father-in-law, son, brother-in-law and 3 people I work with have used Mackin's for Auto-Body Repair and they have all had great experiences. They are the most easy going, professional, friendly and informative group of people you could ever expect to work with. Excellent service, with great attention to detail.
There customer service is and goes above and beyond. They were on top of everything and kept me in the loop nearly daily. Emailed me pictures of damage that was not obvious as per my request. Hopefully I will never need their services again, but if I do the will be the first and only one I will call. Thanks so much John Griggs and all your staff.
