Mackins is the greatest! They just bent over backwards to get my car done today when all seemed like it was gonna go down hill because their regular (sealer coat) guy got sick this morning! Thanks to Mackins I got my car back in a timely manner with all the work finished! And thank you to whoever it was that did the work today without an appointment! 😀❤️ Sorry, I failed to ask who did the work.
I brought my car in for repair. I was never told there was a possibility the damage would exceed the worth of the car. The $2600 estimate turned in to $6000! My insurance totaled my car (excellent shape, low miles with a minor hit to the rear bumper). Not only that, Mackins wouldn’t repair it or put it back together even if I paid the $6000!! They wanted $250 to put the bumpers back on. I ended up driving it off their lot, taking it to another shop and got an estimate for 1/2 the cost. They’ve lost my business for life.
The staff at Mackin’s from initial consultation to estimate to completion of work was exemplary from start to finish!!!
Worst Company ever, doesn’t pay for the rental car that’s supposed to be “no cost”
Mackin's did a great job on my car. John kept me informed on how the job was going. I highly recommend them.
I cannot say enough good things about Mackins. I have had 3 different occasions in which I have had to take one of my cars there and each time it’s an A1 experience.
Straightforward and super easy to work with them!
