If there was an option to give an infinite amount of stars I would!! My daughter locked herself in our car on a hot day and we had to call 911 to get her out. While freeing her from the car the fire fighters bent the top of our door. My insurance had me take it in to get an estimate and for ZERO CHARGE they bent the door back for me. It was such a simple fix and I was so relieved!!! They took a stressful situation and made it all better. Excellent customer service and caring individuals!

I am so frustrated I want to cry. I don't ever want to go to a Mackin's ever again. Nice people, bad service. They didn't get my paint right the first time so decided to let them correct it. Now the color is still off and has scuff marks and paint blotches on both sides of the car. So disappointed . I guess I'm back to square 1.
