Mr. John Gay is a true professional by quickly identifying my home equipment problem (bad water pressure system), selected an excellent replacement part and surprised me by picking-up and installing the same equipment within a few hours. No cleaning problems for you ladies...he made no mess, wore slippers over his shoes, had a mat to protect the floor while all the time working under my house in the crawl space.
