On Saturday morning, I went to turn up our heat and only cold air came out (NO HEAT). I immediately called Mac Gregor Heating and Plumbing and got one of their operators. I told them about the problem which they in turn called their technician on call. Within 1 1/2 hours I had a call from the technician along with him showing up at our home within that time to diagnose our problem. Service technician Joe was thorough and professional. MacGregor has been my service provider of choice for heating, a/c, and plumbing for 14 years, for repairs and preventative inspection / service. With few exceptions they have always performed at a 5 star level.
Chad was able to come earlier than our appointment which was great for the rest of my day. He seemed to be very thorough by checking different areas and asking needed questions. He offered good advice and worked efficiently, even while chatting with my kids. He did a great job and I would recommend their services. Thanks!
We have dealt with MacGregor's for a long time. They have installed and taken care of our furnace, air conditioner, and air humidifier. I have always been taken care of promptly. They are here when they say they are coming. Joe H. has serviced all three. We're always glad to see him. He's always friendly and extremely thorough. He's tackled the few problems we've had and done a great job.
