MacGregor Plumbing and Heating once again was very prompt on sending out a technician after I called. John Gay was very courteous and easy to talk with and had a good sense of knowledge with which to work. When he wasn't able to answer a question concerning the purchase of a new boiler, he got the answers for us. I felt confident that John was an honest and knowledgeable technician who would give us good, sound advice that we could trust.
Arrived on time , fixed problem efficiently, knowledgable.

We had a water leak that developed as a pinhole in a 3/4 inch copper line on Saturday, May 31, 2014. It was 6:30 PM so after business hours on a week-end. I called MacGreogor's business line and selected "3" for an emergency. I spoke to someone who took the info and stated that someone would be calling soon. Within 5 minutes John Gay called and said he was near Wlloon Lake and would come directly here. He did. John is very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. I served the public my entire working life and have great respect for the challenges it presents. Joe Scott exemplifies everything I looked for in my employees. Personality, competence, care for the customer, honesty, dedication, respect and love of his job.
What wonderful, professional service we received this past weekend! A pipe blew in the garage and joe s came right out and fixed it promptly and also has made sure it won't happen again. We had a few other plumbing questions and he was very kind in answering as many as possible but did admit he was a hearing specialist but would relay the questions to the master plumbers. Love the honesty! We will absolutely use MacGregor plumbing again! Thank you to the entire MacGregor team!
