They were fast to act on a needed service call, and the technician did a great job.
Overall I am very pleased with the service and staff at MacGregor. Our gas furnace diagnostic appointment was rescheduled twice by MacGregor which left us feeling a little annoyed however the technician, John G., was so friendly and thorough it was worth the wait! We can immediately feel the benefits of his visit and our VERY OLD gas furnace is already working more efficiently. We will return to MacGregor in the future to service our furnace.
Chad was extremely personable and friendly. And as an added bonus, he resolved our plumbing issues quickly and efficiently. Thanks Chad!
The scheduler for my service appointment kept me posted on his schedule and the fact that he would be later than the schedule due to difficulties at other service appointments that day. I was fine with the delay but being aware of the revised schedule let me plan other of my activities. Chad was polite and knowledgeable about our furnace. He was thorough and answered my questions. The work area was clean when he left.
