Wow! Very Impressed by MacForce These guys saved me a lot of money recently. Not only did they fix my computer on the spot for free when another mac store in town told me it would take about a week and cost several hundred dollars. They also gave me a discount on the last couple pre-orders I have placed. And with some 1-on-1 training sessions from MacForce I have completely stopped outsourcing all of my marketing work. It is saving me thousands! I have a lot of respect for companies that keep their clients best interests in ... read more

Good prices, BUT at what cost?! (See: "Horrible Customer Service" review. We agree with this experience) MacForce has the best prices around compared to other local resellers and the Apple stores - at a COST in more ways than one. We've spent SEVERAL thousand dollars over just a couple of years with them. They have good "garage sales," and they have a buyers loyalty membership. And it seems that so long as you're spending money with them, they're helpful and friendly, but that's about where their loyalty stops with you. If t... read more

Horrible customer service They claimed they sold me one piece of software when they actually installed something else. Since then, have spent literally hours on the phone and at the store trying to get this fixed. Throughout this entire incident, they have acted like this was all my fault, and never once acknowledged their obvious screw-up or given even the hint of an apology for all the inconvenience this has caused me. In fact, covering up their screw ups seems to be the #1 priority at this place.

Wonderful experiences I have had several wonderful experiences at MacForce over the years. From the guys behind the counter running in the rain to get my computer to and from the store. They have fixed a few computers for me and my business. They have even rushed over to our offices when we have needed them to fix our network! They have educated all of us on the technology we use. They hold free events like community BBQs and holiday parties. My kids love going there and so do I. So funky and cool there. Better than shopping... read more

DOUBLE TALK!! I wish there were NO stars, or negative stars! Too bad, because that's what MacForce deserve! MacForce has "ok" pricing. It's really the same as any other Apple resller. They have a type of "membership" pricing, which is kind of a joke. You have to PAY them $25 a year to save a buck or two here and there. The only time it pays off is if you make several hundred to several thousand dollars of merchandise. There are supposedly other perks to the membership... IF you're ever able to take advantage of them. What th... read more

I will defintely shop here again I was impressed by the knowledge the staff has, and the no pressure approach. I have got a lot out of the classes I have taken and I still cannot believe that it is only $99 for two months of classes. I don't think that I will go back to the Mac Store or the Apple Store. I feel good about spending my money locally too. Oh, and I like the movies they project on to their walls too.

Poor return policy I purchased a new MacBook at MacForce that stopped working less than a week after I bought it. I asked for a new replacement laptop and was told “since it can be fixed, I would be charged a $100 restocking fee.” This goes directly against their stated return policy. I then went to the official Mac store downtown in the mall. The service person told me he would have gladly replaced it, if I had purchased it there. He then repaired it on the spot at no cost to me and sent me on my way.

Bad Man I try to shop locally. But I always catch that tattooed, hipster, my alt-country band rocks, well sort of, I couldn't get into art school vibe from these cats. Just kidding. They rule. Now go back to Michigan.
