Phone lines didn’t work when I tired to call to see if my car was really. They Lost my mailbox key.
Nick was my salesman didn’t give me correct information about using my lifetime oil change. The maintenance department was not attentive when I walked in. I was told to give the guy a moment and he walked out to the back before asking me what I needed. Another guy came and finally asked me what I needed to get done. He was helpful and friendly.
Efficient and good service. People are kind and very helpful, I would recommend to anyone.

Easy to use. Broad selection. You can put in make, and model, max amount you're willing to spend, and you can put the amount of miles you're willing to travel They will provide you with everything you set up. They provide pictures of the vehicle, the price, the name and number of the dealership and the amount of miles the place is away from you. Very accurate info, and I'd recommend them to anyone that's seriously in the market for a vehicle. Cars.com is the "ONLY" place I'll shop for a vehicle.
