I came in requesting to see 2 cars specifically. The sales team point of contact refused to show me the car I requested.. The car I did test drive and ultimately purchased is a fine choice although it did not have enough passenger seating for my needs. Once I agreed to purchase the car this is what the sales person said, " We have this car listed originally at 27k, reduced to 24k but I know you need it so I'm going to give 2k for your trade in and sell this car for 19,500" While I was waiting I overhear another sales team me... read more
everything was repaired to my satisfaction once the parts came in. The only reason Daniel didnt get 5 stars is i would have appreciated a sooner call back letting me know that there would be a delay in getting the windshield.. He did call me just probably should have done it a little sooner.
