Very helpful to help on a Saturday for arranging a tow. The repair to the vehicle was done in a timely manner. Received phone calls for estimate and when the car was ready for pickup.

I had an appointment for an oil change and state inspection at 9:30 which I was on time for. There was a large rush at the time, so I expected some delay, but I had an appointment. While I was waiting, everyone who was in the waiting area had their service completed, and I saw probably a dozen others come and go (including walk-ins). My truck was still parked in the lot. I stopped by to have my car check due to the service now message on my dashboard. The shop was full and the wait time would have been longer than planned. Mason greeted me at the counter and after a brief discussion he sent one of your workers out to check my car. I have very low miles on my car and the time for an oil change since my last visit is in August of this year.
