The service was great but I have to say 33 dollars for an air filter is beyond ridiculous. Then you charged me 15 dollars to put it in. It takes 10 seconds to replace an air filter. That will never happen again. Your sales person offered me a 10 dollar discount for being a veteran but never gave it to me. That won't happen again either. For the most part I have always been satisfied, 5 star, with your facility, but I was somewhat disappointed this time.

We could not get the hood to open to find the source of a gas smell in the cabin. Unfortunately, the last time the hood was opened was at the express service department. They got it open finally and the oil cap was coming off! They checked my oil levels to make sure I had not lost enough to be replaced. No charge of course. All is good now.(after traveling almost 500 miles the weekend with the cap coming off). Always polite, honest and quick to get the work. First time coming in for service on a new vehicle. At first was a bit put off by the fact that no one comes up and checks you in as I've been spoiled by other Toyota dealerships. However, Mac Haik made this a fast, easy process. Everyone was proffessional and attentive and made the experience surprisingly comfortable. No one was there to trying buy my vhehicle and getting me to purchase another. Its simple and to the point. Will definitely be back.

A few weeks ago I had a flat tire on my Tundra. I went to change it and the tire lock key was missing. The last place that worked on my car was Mac Haik so I naturally thought they didn't put the key back in my truck. I went to the dealership and explained it to them. After discussing the issue we came to the conclusion that it probably wasn't them. So I was going to have to replace the tire locks myself.
