I traded in my car over 2 months ago, and haven’t received my gap check. I recently discovered that the process hasn’t even started for my check. It feels like I’m the first person who’s traded in a car at this dealership the way nobody knows anything about what happened to my check. Customer service incapable of giving me the information I need. I’ve had a terrible experience with this place.
Had new steps installed on my 2015 Tundra. As always. Got great service and communication.
