Robert was really rude. I also called the service manager on Wednesday and he did not return my call. My next step is to call the Manager of Mac Haik Toyota. If I have to leave a message and he does not call me back I will call the main office number of Toyota. I purchased both of my Toyota's at this location. The way I feel as of today, I would never come back to this location.
Ralph is simply the best service advisor. He’s kind, attentive and professional. He keeps me up to date on what service is needed on my Toyota. My car is 12 yrs old and still runs like a charm. Thanks to the knowledgeable Mac Haik service team!
