We were kept in the loop every (operating) day that they had the car. The progress and steps were clearly explained each time, and even when there had been no progress (ongoing diagnostics), we were still provided with that information. Once the car was fixed, the cause and repair were explained to us when we went to pick it up. Excellent communication, and the work was completely in a timely manner.

I bought a 2023 Tacoma for my business at Mac Haik, the second vehicle in less than a year from this dealership. I will continue coming here for my automotive purchases. They are low pressure, and responsive to what you want or need. With supply chain woes being what they are now, dealer inventories are much lower than what they used to be. It is an unfortunate situation with your vehicle. We have warranty guidelines, policy and procedures that are dictated by the manufacturer. We work with automobile insurance on a daily basis and will be happy to assist you with opening a claim. As with most manufacturer basic warranties cover failed components on vehicles not damaged.
The maintenance department is awesome. The Sales Dept. however is a dud. They refused to negotiate when I wanted to buy a new truck. They wanted MSRP plus $4500 in markups. So greedy. I bought my truck at another dealer and saved $5000.
Great service from Daniel. He kept me informed every step of the way. The communication was exceptional!
