It’s an absurd that my car doesn’t come w 2 keys, and to get the second I have to call Toyota. I won’t do it! It’s your responsibility to send me the second key

Thank you for inspecting my Vibe for me; I wish y'all would allow your service department to work on it since it does have Toyota parts (Matrix). Best car I've ever owned due to Toyota parts. I would buy another Matrix and/or Vibe if made again. I've never owned a car this long.

It was easy to set up the appointment for maintenance on my car. Vidal kept me updated on the work. I don't like the persistence of the reminders for giving a rating. Look at my history. I would not keep coming back if I didn't appreciate the service. I hope management monitors the activities in the shop and with customer interface instead of relying on customers to provide the feedback on personnel and shop performance.
