Sales representative was great, really only sales rep (in the area) that actually listened when I said I worked nights & to email me only! Financing-not so great. Financing staff was great - they didn’t really have a lot of choices that they could work with. I can understand, kinda, why you won’t take a draft from a bank but don’t really understand why you can’t encrypt it enough to be able to or be able to get better interest rates - especially for someone with a high credit score. Mac Haik service is TERRIBLE! I tooke my mom's car for ToyotaCare service (oil change) because they were SO RUDE to her last time she went was there. (She's 81 years old) I made an appointment... and it still took an hour and a half to complete a simple oil change and rotate tires. I much prefer Valvoline and Discount Tire for fast and thorough service. (without the attitude!)
Sales and financial teams were very helpful during our purchase. They worked very fast to cover the process.

Took my truck to repair a flat tire after a nail entered the mid of the thread. After a 1h30min wait, the salesman called me and said the tire was not repairable because the nail was on the tire sidewall. I questioned him that I inspected the tire myself and was sure it was not on the sidewall. I even showed him a picture of it. He then argued that it was actually non repairable because there were 2 nails on it. I asked them to show me where the second nail. He called the tech and asked him to show me.
