Jim was very courteous and attentive to my needs. He was not pushy on any additional items that needed to be done. The pricing for the extra brake job was competative with others in our area and I was plenty surprised to find out the quock maintenance section was able to complete it without an appointmentwith 4 hours. The oil/filter changed price was very competitive to other facilities in the area. They were quick and efficient and I will most likely use them again.

I've gone to this service center for years, but I will no longer be going back. I had an appointment at 11:30 AM for the dealer recommended service for my mileage, which the sticker on my windshield from the last visit said tire rotation. I got there at about 11:15 AM and they told me it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. Cool, no big deal.
