I took my Highlander in for the 5,000 mile tire rotation. During the time it was there and for a few hours afterwards, I received at least 6 text messages! This is excessive. Please rethink the number of messages sent out. All I would really like a text message for is to know when my vehicle is ready.

I think that I recognized an employee or two that worked at another dealership in the past and they tried to RIP me OFF ! Now they are working for Y O U !!! This makes me nervous about having my car serviced at your dealership. I scheduled an appointment in advance. When I showed up for my appointment I was told that it would be at least an hour before they could get my car in for service. VERY disappointed; what's the point of scheduling if this is the result.
