Mr. Ruiz has a lot of knowledge about the characteristics of the vehicles and he did help to find the one we needed very good work on his part, Mr. Phillip helped us with the financing options and the dealer was very clean and organized. I bring my own oil in for changing and have y'all install a filter and do the labor. My Tundra requires 8 quarts, so I bring in a 5-quart container and 3 single quart containers. I reuse the single quart containers and have marked in very bold black letters (Maximum permanent marker) to "KEEP", but for some reason no one read the containers and tossed them apparently becaus they were not put back in the bucket they were brought in.
Every time I have visited this location, they have always been very friendly and super helpful.

I had an appt and still waited an extremely long time for a tire rotation, I could have been helped quicker at discount tire. I also tried to make an appt to get my 2018 Camry radio upgraded and the lady was extremely rude and not helpful. It’s a shame because I have always used Toyota for my car care needs and this one was the closest to my house but I will make the drive to Keating from now on.
I've had a good service relationship here since I've owned my vehicle. Always in and out in a timely manner and I appreciate the price transparency.

My only issue was my appointment time was 8:30am and my truck wasn't seen until 3:30pm. Since I moved forward with the repairs and the time I had to wait until the following day to pick up my truck and still not all issues were resolved.
