Went in for a routine oil change with an appointment. After a 45 minute wait, my car had not been taken back, but I was told that I needed 4 new tires. When I asked why my car hadn't been taken back, I was told that just because I had a 1:00 appointment, doesn't mean my car will be worked on at 1:00. I asked for my keys and left without an oil change. Will not be going back, not for an oil change or to purchase a new car with that kind of customer service.
I was inundated with requests for feedback following this simple oil change. I have left several reviews, and it wastes my time to keep giving feedback for this service. Again, my car was not serviced at my appointment time, rather the roving parking lot gentleman called me out to the car to show me the normal wear on my tires. Overall, the staff are courteous, and the routine maintenance service can be completed in about 40 minutes. Therefore, it’s my go to place for maintenance services because of vicinity. However, the staffs appear lack of related knowledge. Once I was told about rear axis leakage problem during multipoint check in routine maintenance, and was suggested to have full mechanical check.
