First time taking my Lexus here and service was prompt. Was able to get get my car in and service for tire rotation and oil change. The nearest lexus dealer is 15miles away and this toyota dealership is only 1 mile form my house

The efficiency of their system could use an improvement. We walked back and forth from the used car section to the new car section and then our sales guy had to walk all the way over while we waited over 30 minutes to tell us their needed our insurance. It was a 2 hour process to pay off my car.
Awesome experience. Zach did a great job showing us the cars we were interested in.
