Going back to Service for a third time . A new vehicle should not shake like this one does. Nice people, but there should be no issue with getting this fixed correctly.

Upbeat gentleman who freely showed us several cars as we made our decision. Alex helped us get the car we wanted at the price we needed it to be. There are fabulous variables in financing, offered by Mac Haik, that Alex guided us through. He illustrated all the features as we drove around the property. After he wrote up the initial contract, we talked to the finance representative about the exact monthly payment and if we wished to add a warranty. I am pleased with the service. i just wish Toyota designed an engine to where the consumer can change their own spark plugs. It sucks to pay over $600.00 for oil change, spark plug replacement and rear diff. fluid.

The best dealership I have dealt with in a long time. They were not the cheapest but certainly the most honest and open in all our dealings. I dont like games and Kurt gave me his best quote up front and they gave me an awesome trade in price for my vehicle. I believe Toyotas are the best vehicle on the road and will be buying another one very soon.
