The service rep, Sandra, did as good a job as possible. When I arrived at my appointment time to get a nav map update installed, I was told the wait would be up to 4 hours, because "so many walk-ins decided to wait for their cars" and that put them ahead of me, since my appointment only held my place in line (and no, that didn't make sense to me, either). Good job! Car was brought in for the Seat Belt Harness Recall. Appointment had been made. The whole process took one hour and a half, which is very good in a Saturday morning.

Usually good place to get fixed and have had prior to this a positive experience. This unfortunately was an exception. Went in because battery died and AAA said bad but was under warranty so go to Toyota. Went to express service and was told battery ok, which as 2.5 years old and died, it wasn't. Told could go to full diagnois but they would do zero. Just left and bought new at another place. Seemed just not want to give new battery.
Finding what I wanted in a used Tacoma was easy and Raul was very helpful. Only downside to my visit was how long it took to get through the sales process. I was there 4.5 hours.

Mac Haik Toyota got me in quickly to fix a brake issue in time for me to keep my dental appointment in Beaumont. They arranged for an Uber to take me home and pick me up the next day. I really appreciate their courtesy and professionalism. I'm not sure of the names of the employees that helped me but they were all very polite and couldn't have been more helpful.
