Very easy and non-stressful! Had a great salesman Minh (Yao) Tran, who actually made it fun for both my wife and me. We didn't plan on buying a new vehicle that quick. But Yao got us a great deal on our new Highlander, that my wife and I love very much!!

Kind of slow. I was there almost 1 1/2 hours for an “express” oil change and state inspection. Also, oil change is expensive. ($57.00)
