I've never had any complaints with this dealership except for my last oil change. I received a call stating that the technician brought the service writer a dirty cabin air filter and that it needed replacement -- a cabin air filter that I personally removed three years ago from my cabin. When I came to the dealership, the service writer tried to backtrack over his words and state that the mechanic wrote "no air filter" and scratched out that it needed one.
