Friendly salesman but the finance department is lacking in customer service. I was told I qualify for recent college graduate discount but was then denied it by the finance representative because I work for Uber and don't get an actual check stub to prove my income. The loan was approved, no problem, without the rebate. However, I was told it was denied for the smaller amount that included the rebate. I feel the finance department played me out of my rebate. Finance elsewhere and pay them directly
The service and length of time it took were both excellent. The salesman answered my questions and did not press when I said no to some suggestions.

No seems to know when my car has a recall. I have brought it in three times and they say I need it and then I don’t. I am now waiting for them to order the part. Poor service!
There was no pressure to buy. The salesman was patient with us. Everything was explained well during the purchasing process. We were treated nicely and made comfortable.

Good service. Nick was our salesman, he did a great job by explaining to us the differences between different trim levels to help us decide which model we really needed. Although there was a inventory shortage across the country, he was still able to find us the model we wanted and got it delivered to the dealership in time. overall it was a good experience at Mac Haik Toyota.

Super nice staff, very clean and honest. Larry Tschoerner in used car sales is AMAZING. I could not be happier with my Honda Hr-V! If I could come back every day and buy a vehicle from Larry, I would!
