This was such a positive experience! I did a lot of research online including an estimate on my trade in as well as best price for the Toyota Camry. Don't appreciate people looking at me like I'm a spectacle because I'm the only person wearing a mask. Some of the service guys had one on but when I picked my car up from new sales at the end of the day not one person in there had one on and everyone was eyeing me down like I was covered in feces

Made an appointment for 9am. Was told it may not be ready till almost 4 pm. When I asked why I was told you don’t take appointments on weekends. Then why take appointments at all for the weekend? I had to change my day plans. Also when I picked up try the stereo was blasting tejano music.
