Very polite professional staff and very competent. But their scheduling left something to be desired. I felt like it was pointless to make an appointment.
Overall a decent experience though the waiting room was a bit small and seating scarce.
The customer service representative that checked me in was very helpful. He gave me a timeline (about an hour) for how long I would be there and it was pretty accurate. The representative also answered all of my questions regarding my Toyota care package and how much everything would cost once it expires. My only complaint would be the wait time but they were very busy so I’m not too upset about that. Other than that, my experience was great.
Ralph was very thorough He treated my wife & me with great respect. My wife & my granddaughter dropped off the vehicle in the morning and Ralph made sure there were no issues. She was impressed. Wonderful service experience.
Dealership was clean ; well organized. Service representatives were friendly and knowledgeable. Repair was done in a timely manner.......and bathroom was clean !
This is my second vehicle in 6 months that I’ve purchased. Robin our sales rep to the financial agents Mr Broussard & Ron we’re nothing shy of Top Notch. I’ll be recommending everyone I know looking to buy to look these people up when they visit Mac Haik.
Mac Haik Toyota was very quick and efficient with the work they performed on my car. The communication was excellent, as well.
