If I could give no stars, I would. My hard working 20 year old bought a honda there in January. He put a large down payment of his own hard earned money and this dealership COMPLETELY took advantage of his young age. The sales person showed him another car's car fax. We immediately started having issues with the car, including the battery, the alignment, the timing belt, the brakes and the starter. Two days after he bought the vehicle, it wouldn't start. After taking it to another dealership, the car needed an alignment, new tires, a brake job, a timing belt, a new fuel pump, a new starter, and a new battery. Sounds like the car was never inspected whatsoever. The dealership sold my son a car that was a piece of garbage that should have been repaired properly BEFORE he purchased it. I had to fight to get the car service to back tires was worn out so I had to replace two tires after I just spent $14,000 the process of the financing took a very long time would I buy from then again maybe I’m not sure I really didn’t like the experience
They were honest and up front…they did treat Me kindly…and with respect…the time was a little too long…
When I walked in the dealership I was greeted by several employees. My salesman listened to what I wanted and added his expertise

My car was one month in the collision center, and still is not done. Instead of install a new one , just repair it, still waiting for available schedule for ceramic tint. Few words my car is not done.
Marcial Delcid was amazing in making sure that I was pleased and taken care of! Very hardworking and will make sure that you are pleased with your decision. Edited to add that my check engine light came on 13 days after purchase. Ms. Mary is the only one to try to remedy the situation, and I hope it resolved soon.
