Sandra was able to squeeze me in the same day I called and was very patient in answering my questions and accommodating my requests. Eric the mechanic also addressed my concerns and did a good job. Toyota Mak Haik is lucky to have people like them! I also like how spacious your customers lounge is and the amenities y'all provided. Sandra had my car washed and I couldn't be more happy, it looked like how it was when I picked it up brand new. Thank you Toyota Mak Haik!
Service was good and quick. Waiting room and restroom were clean. Did not have to wait.
They did a good job servicing my vehicle, however I had to wait two hours even though I had an appointment.
