Overall, I'm pleased with the entire process, however. There is one thing that I'm a put-out over. It's not just at my dealership, it's also, allover on-line reviews and Youtube as well. The fuel tank on my Highlander, is NOT 17+ gallons, it's closer to 13.5 gallon tank. If I'd have known this, I would have gone a different direction in vehicles.
I was impressed with the excellent customer service and professionalism provided by Esteban Ambriz. I will continue to do business at this location.

VERY nice & efficient service team at the Express location! Honored coupon without adding on hidden fees of various sorts like another dealer in Alvin I had used in the past. Below, the only reason I gave "quality of work" a 4-star instead of a 5-star is because the OEM engine filter that I had a coupon for was not in stock and was told it may be 3 months before they came in (made me wonder why they even sent out the coupon). Due to this, it was replaced with a "non-genuine Toyota" part.
I will Never go back to this dealership. Misdiagnosed my car to replace engine. I got a second opinion and needed a tune up
