First of all, this is the THIRD time I’ve filled out a survey for that one service on my taillight. Good grief. How many times do I need to say the same thing… I’ll copy and paste from the last two I filled out. Hopefully this time it’ll get to the right people. Thank you. The sale Sguy was great. BUT., ALL THE EXTRA OPTIOS THAT I WAS BILLED WERE NEVER INSTALLED.... NO ONE AT THE DEALER DID CHECK ANY OF THE OPTIONS PRINTED ON THE DOCS. A WEEK LATER WENT TO THE CHECKLIST TO SEE WHAT I HAD INTSALLED AND BOOM.... BIG SURPISE. BAD MANAGEMENT THAT JUST WANTS A SALE AND NEVER TAKE CARE OF THE COSTUMER.
Good service department - has been keeping my truck running well for 120k miles. So mostly good experiences, but they do like to push for you to change air filters, which is sometimes annoying. My last major service included a 4 wheel alignment to remedy the truck pulling to the right - that ‘s not a problem anymore…but now the truck pulls gently to the left.
