I was told that due to cuts in my windshield wipers, inspection could not be done. The wipers are pretty new. Went to another inspection place and no problem. Car passed inspection just fine. Last week 'check engine' light came on. Went to repair dept,. Ms Flores told me they could not look at the car for a week. Asked about the light and she said if it started blinking or the car stopped to bring it in. Oh and the diagnostic fee was $175.00. I said that 2 weeks ago it was $75 and she said "well, it went up". My service was done on time, without any delays or problems. I would definitely give Mac Haik a 5 star rating!
