I rarely review any establishment, but I felt it was warranted in this case because my experience was excellent. I was in the market for a new car and knew what I wanted. I knew the price, the model and I was going to multiple dealerships with this information. Some of these dealerships came back with deals that were way off-base. When I got to Mac Haik, I met with Robin Mayberry a sales rep who was courteous, concise and quick to help me find a deal that fit my parameters. I’ve never purchased a vehicle without my dad who passed away from cancer in Jan 2019. Before he got sick he told me that my next purchased should be a Toyota cause he said “never have I heard of a Toyota breaking down” and that really stayed in my mind. The appointment was a waste of a day for me. I don’t understand how there can be a recall on something and you don’t have in stock to fix at the initial appointment. Now I have to arrange another day to have my truck brought in.
