I brought my 4 Runner in due to the back hatch struts not working anymore. They diagnosed the problem quickly, Ralph explained to me that I need new struts, he ordered them and set the appointment to be installed. I was happy the the price of both the parts and the labor. Hopefully the struts will come in right away and the hatch will be repaired next week.

Adam Bates was very helpful and has continued to be even after the sale. The only negative was that there were basically no vehicles on the lot to compare and try out before purchase. This isn't the dealer's fault of course. In my case there was one vehicle that was reserved for someone else, but it fell through so I bought it! This did limit choice on trim/add-ons. It's basically like, "This is what we have, so if you like it, here ya go". Worked out for me.

Only dealership that I’ve ever seen that has 2 separate service departments. If you want an oil change… no problem. If you have other issues, like recalls or AC… you better make an appointment a month out.

Some my previous dealing with dealership were not so great your best service guy is an older guy I think it John but not sure but also after I left the truck I had ask for a full break job front and back the person that called me told me he did not recommend replacing back breaks it was no need I really though that was great it saved me money and put a little trust in your dealership. I'm not "Pamela". I don't own a Toyota. I had a Tundra once and it was a great truck! Never serviced it here, but I'm sure they are ok.
