I showed up early and I was treated with courtesy. My appointment was for 9:30 and my car was ready at 10:00. My only concern was that I saw when my car was driven next to the waiting room. I waited for 5 minutes. I then went to the desk and told the people there that my car was ready. Other than that everything went fine.

Express service was a joke. I had an appointment, but still had to wait TWO hours for a vehicle inspection and wheel rotation. This is NOT an express department! The only reason I'm giving two stars is that one young man finally went over to the other service department to borrow an inspector. Otherwise, I'd probably still be sitting there!
Fantastic, friendly, upfront, honest sales and financing. Will definitely return for my next car purchase.
