First, if I could give a review with NO STARS highlighted, that is what I would give. The Collision Service Manager, Jaime *******, is probably one of the most dishonest and arrogant people I have ever met. My vehicle was dropped there by Agero Towing before June 1, 2022. I want this business to address the unethical conduct of their manager Steve that he portrayed when I purchased my 2022 Ford Ranger Lariat. The man did not want to honor a signed deal when I special ordered the truck back on November 17th, 2021. After an intense 3.5 hour ordeal and the price of the truck changing THREE times I walked out exhausted and very angry and upset. I went to Mac Haik on October 28th to purchase a 2021 Ford Mustang and completed a custom build. I paid $500 as a deposit for the build. I called in a month into the process to request a bow for my vehicle because it was a Christmas gift to myself. I began getting concerned in December when I hadn't heard anything and I received a general email from the general manager Jason T******* and replied to the salespeople check the status.
