A little dissapointed with my experience. Went today to Mac at Macy’s and needed to exchange a lipgloss i bought during the lipstick sale. I was told I can do an even exchange since I bought the lipgloss at the promotion price. The lady who helped me was new and didn’t know how to properly apply the price adjustment to do the exchange. I went in today to do an exchange because I had purchased stone for pick up at the international Macy’s location but when I went to pick it up they gave me cork instead cause stone was out of stock… so I had to go to Dadeland to do the exchange for the right color and the guy who helped me was extremely helpful, made sure I left with what I wanted, I’m satisfied with my purchase! Def will be back

I had a wonderful experience Black Friday shopping here at Mac cosmetics. Judy assisted me and knew exactly what I needed. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable about all the products. Definitely recommend!
