A recent visit afforded the sight of a frazzled model smearing on lipstick, running for the exit, using her compact to check it out in the daylight outside, rushing back in again, maniacally wiping her mouth clean with a tissue, grabbing another color, etc. She may even still be there.
good product stuck up service – I was in here last month. There were two other customers in the store besides me with approximately 4 salespeople and yet it still took about 20 minutes for someone just to grab the products that I wanted from the drawers. And it seemed like they were doing ME a huge favor by walking across the store to do so. I like mac products but can totally deal without the attitude of this store.
